SHIPPING & RETURNS
- Please allow for 2-3 full business days for your order to be processed and shipped.
- All shipments in EU will be shipped with DHL Express and delivered within 2-3 business days, while for other countries may vary.
- All shipments in European Union, Norway, Switzerland and North America (CA, MX, USA) are provided by us, meaning there are no charges for the delivery items which are purchased over 100€.
- For other countries, where shipping is available, price may vary.

To request the return of an item, please follow the below instructions:
- Please e-mail : email@example.com for all returns and exchanges to withdraw from the purchase contract. Please add as subject of your e-mail “Return” or “Exchange” with your order number, so we can identify your purchase.
- You must provide proof of purchase.
- Once we receive a "Return" email from you, we will give your return instructions and details about the next steps to take.
- The revocation period is 14 days from the day on which you or a third party named by you, who is not the carrier, has or has taken possession of the last goods.
- Merchandise must be unworn, in new condition, and be without any damages.
- For hygiene reasons, we cannot exchange or refund earrings, unless they are defective or faulty. They are non-exchangeable.
- Items must be returned with all original tags and packaging included.
- All items on sale, that are customised pieces may not be returned.
- Orders cannot be cancelled after the order has been shipped.
- The customer is responsible for the return shipping costs.
- Based on the customer's preference, we will issue a return in the form of a refund or a store credit that is to be used at kimsu.co or as an exchange through kimsu.co.
- Store credit codes will remain active for one full year.
- Store credit can only be used in its entirety on a future purchase.
- A store credit cannot be combined with any other store credit codes, discounts or promotional offers.
